Autism and School Aged Children Making Education a Positive Experience

Autism and school are becoming a hot topic for school boards and parent groups right across the country and around the world. This is since the occurrence of autism in kids is increasing at an alarming rate. Educators nowadays are seeing an exponentially higher number of autistic kids in their classrooms than a decade ago. For that reason, an growing number of parents and educators want to make sure all youngsters obtain a positive educational experience.

As no two autistic youngsters display precisely the identical autism symptoms, it becomes impossible to create a standardized program that creates positive experiences for kids with autism at school.

Should we and can we develop an African philosophy of education?: Pedagogy of Sagacity

In 1986, Njoroge and Bennaars, published Philosophy and education in Africa an introductory text for students of education. Since the publication of this textbook there has been an intellectual aridity in this region of educational philosophizing in Kenya. This is in spite of the said textbook being merely introductory or prolegomenon. A lot more importantly is the model proposed and formulated in this textbook intended as a conceptual framework for developing an African philosophy of education (1986 92). This model has remained un-attempted.

My paper will argue in the affirmative while distinguishing really should as a non-moral normative imperative and can as a question of capacity. Even though indeed we really should develop African philosophy of education this imperative remains unachievable until we have experts with requisite scholarly abilities.

What Type Of Financing Is Used To In A Real Estate Wholesale Deal, And Do I Need To Qualify?

Together, my partner and I have wholesaled a combined 450 Deals over the last 7 years. And the majority of these deals were funded either 1 of two different approaches and they are:

1.) Cash ONLY DEALS. Where the Investor/Buyer brought all Cash to the closing to purchase the property. My FAVORITE kind of buyer (money is king:))!

2.) Challenging Money (Private funding). Hard Cash is “private money” meaning, there are no traditional institutional banking guidelines associated with the money. The dollars comes from private individuals who lend their own funds directly to the wholesale buyer. The cash is termed “Challenging MONEY” since the point (4-10 points per deal) are high, and the interest rates are High (12- 20 %) and the term averages of ONLY 12 months! Now that’s some Challenging DANG money!
